2014 Glass Slipper Challenge

Instead of going with the Running Room half marathon plan that I’ve used for my past half marathons, I’ve decided to change things up a bit for my 10km and half marathon races in Orlando in February.

My friend Ann and I (woo! Team A-Team!) have set a lofty goal of running a 1:55 half through Disney in February. As such, I’ve gone with a more challenging half marathon plan from my RunKeeper app. (Have I told you lately how much I LOVE this app?!)

For this program, week 1 starts November 3, 2013, after a glorious 3 weeks off after my marathon training! 🙂
