Unraveling the year ahead: 2013

I didn’t want to set any resolutions for 2013.

2012 was such a difficult year (I couldn’t see it when I was in it, but now I can see how unfocused I was; how I lost sight of me) that I didn’t want to reflect. I wanted to let 2013 come in and just keep going.

But? I knew that wouldn’t make for a better me in 2013. I needed to reflect on 2012, the mistakes I made and where I fell short, in order to make 2013 a good year.

And so, enter unraveling the year ahead: 2013 the workbook.

Thinking back on 2012 there were tears.

Looking forward to 2013?

Hope. So. Much. Hope.

My word for 2013: FOCUS.

I lived so much of 2012 unfocused, I just……did. No rhyme or reason, just did. It didn’t work out so well for me.
